WARRANTY POLICY
Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship for all Adina Jozsef pieces, including:
- Engagement and wedding rings
- Bespoke commissions
- Limited edition and ready-to-wear collections
- Gold, platinum, and sterling silver jewellery
- Pieces featuring gemstones, diamonds, and pearls
- Faults in paid repairs, completed at the Adina Jozsef studio (covered for 6 months)
The warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear, scratches, or tarnishing (including patina on silver)
- Loss or theft of jewellery
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper storage
- Modifications, resizing, or repairs not performed by Adina Jozsef
- Damage from third-party repairs or alterations
- Stretched or misshapen chains, knots, or dents not related to manufacturing defects
- Events beyond Adina Jozsef’s control (e.g., natural disasters)
If your piece:
- Is outside the 24-month warranty window
- Requires resizing (for rings or bracelets)
- Has suffered accidental damage or general wear
Adina will personally assess your item and provide a quote for repair.
All repairs performed at the studio are covered for 6 months from the date of repair, limited to faults directly related to the repair work.
- If a fault is not classified as a major manufacturing defect within the warranty period and cannot be repaired due to production changes, a store credit for the original purchase value may be offered.
- Earrings sold as a pair must be returned as a pair for warranty claims or credits.
All Adina Jozsef jewellery, including sterling silver, gold, and platinum pieces, is covered by the same 24-month manufacturing warranty. Please note that tarnishing, patina, and general wear are not considered manufacturing faults. Silver naturally develops a patina over time; regular wear and gentle polishing with a soft cloth will help maintain its shine.
- Leather bracelets are covered for 6 months
- Elastic nylon bracelets are covered for 6 months
- Nylon and Stainless steel thread bracelets or necklaces are covered for 6 months
- Silk Thread bracelets or necklaces are covered for 6 months
- The warranty period starts from the original purchase date for any valid claim
- Not all items can be repaired, depending on the damage or design
- Fees vary depending on the issue, materials and craftsmanship

Warranty claims or returns from outside Australia are not accepted. All services, repairs, and claims are processed within Australia only.
All goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Clients are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Clients are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
