Repairs, Returns, and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Adina Jozsef purchase. Please read our policy below for details on returns, exchanges, credits, and repairs.
- We accept returns for a full refund within seven (7) days from the purchase date for change of mind or incorrect decision, for both in-person and online purchases.
- After the seven-day period, products can be exchanged for another item of equal value or for store credit, issued as a gift certificate valid for three years.
- Some items are exempt from being returned for a refund or exchange, including but not limited to sale items, bespoke or custom-made pieces, and gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, items must:- Be unworn, in their original condition, and in original packaging- Be returned within fourteen (14) days of the dispatch date.
We cannot accept returns if:
- The item is not in its original condition (e.g., worn, damaged, or missing original packaging)
- The return is outside the 14-day timeframe
- The item is damaged in transit when being returned
- The order contains bespoke or customised pieces

Only for domestic orders, a $15 flat fee will be charged from your credit once a shipping label is generated. It is your responsibility to safely return the piece(s) to Adina Jozsef, and the items remain your responsibility until confirmed as received.
- Credits are issued once a return has been received and its condition assessed.
- Adina Jozsef credits are in the form of a gift card and are valid for use in our studio and online at adinajozsef.com.au for a period of three years.
If you receive an item with a craftsmanship issue or an incorrect order, please contact us immediately at info@adinajozsef.com.au so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.
To initiate a return, fill in the form below with your item name and decription and the email address used for your order. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
- Items not returned in their original condition or packaging.
- Items returned outside of the specified return timeframe
- Bespoke or custom-made items
- Sale or archive sale items (unless deemed faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law)
- Gift cards
Adina Jozsef reserves the right to return the piece(s) to the sender should any of the above occur.
Adina Jozsef reserves the right to refuse returns not meeting these conditions and, if so, will contact you to arrange the return of the item(s) at your expense.
Repairs
- Please email info@adinajozsef.com.au with a detailed description of the piece, the repair required, and clear photographs.
- We will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.
- Your item(s) must be returned in their original or similar protective packaging, carefully secured to avoid damage in transit.
- It is at the client’s expense to safely return piece(s) to Adina Jozsef, and the item(s) remain the client’s responsibility until we confirm receipt.
- Domestic shipping repairs will incur a flat rate fee of $15.
- Unfortunately, we do not send repairs internationally.
- If the item(s) arrive in a condition that does not reflect our requirements, the repair will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own expense.
