- If the request is outside the type of jewellery we make, we’ll let you know. Otherwise, we’ll contact you for an in‑depth consultation.
- You’ll receive a detailed quote and timeline for your unique piece.
- Once approved, a 50% deposit will be required to begin.
- Detailed sketches and/or 3D renderings will be created and sent for approval (maximum of two revision rounds; additional revisions will incur a fee).
- Once the design is finalised, your one‑of‑a‑kind piece will be handcrafted with exceptional care.
- We’ll provide updates at key stages of the creation process.
- Once your piece is completed, you will be notified that it is ready.
- At this stage, the remaining balance is due prior to delivery or collection.
- After the final payment is received, your piece will either be prepared for shipping or scheduled for pickup.
