We’ll review your request within 24–48 hours.
If the request is outside the type of jewellery we make, we’ll let you know. Otherwise, we’ll contact you for an in‑depth consultation.
You’ll receive a detailed quote and timeline for your unique piece.
Once approved, a 50% deposit will be required to begin.
Detailed sketches and/or 3D renderings will be created and sent for approval (maximum of two revision rounds; additional revisions will incur a fee).
Once the design is finalised, your one‑of‑a‑kind piece will be handcrafted with exceptional care.
We’ll provide updates at key stages of the creation process.
Once your piece is completed, you will be notified that it is ready.
At this stage, the remaining balance is due prior to delivery or collection.
After the final payment is received, your piece will either be prepared for shipping or scheduled for pickup.
